Phil Gaimon is more famous post-retirement from professional bicycle racing than he was during his career, but his new gig seems infinitely more fun.

Spending his days training to take on cycling challenges (usually uphill ones) via the app Strava, Phil is still a formidable force on two wheels. VideoResearch’s Chris Stenberg tagged along in the Velofix truck to film and edit this episode of Phil’s famed YouTube series “Worst Retirement Ever.” Much fun was had, and many cookies were consumed as Phil assaulted Cypress Mountain, Mount Seymour, and the ascent to Grouse Mountain’s Skyride Gondola.
